  • Guaranteed access (pre-purchased - included in the pass purchase) to all ''The Experience" events: no sell-outs or waiting list:
    • We'll hold a spot for all passholders until 10 business days prior to the event date for the highest option. You must RSVP "yes" to confirm your spot (or other member in your company) by that time or your space will be released. There is no credit for unused benefits. Once space is released, we cannot guarantee a spot will be available at a later time. You'll need to RSVP in writing to eXpass@mbaks.com.
  • Transfer Flexibility: Can't make it? Gift your spot to a fellow MBAKS member in your company.
    • If you cannot make it but another MBAKS member in your company can, you can gift them your pass for the event. See above for confirmation procedures and conditions.
  • Private VIP event for eXpass holders:
    • Date and location TBA (Fall 2026).
  • Special Rate Guarantee for many of the most popular paid MBAKS events (price protection):
    • Missed an pricing promotion for other events? No problem - passholders will always have access to the best pricing tier for which their membership allows, space available, up to 5 business days prior to an event date. This pricing protection applies to the pass owner only, and is for their individual ticket. The following events are eligible for protection: ''The Experience''. Economic Forecast Breakfast paid Member Council events, Growth Seminars, Remodelers & Builders Excellence Awards Gala, Elected Official Receptions, Conference 2026 (PWB Conference), and Housing Solutions Breakfast. Pricing protection is not space protection. Other events may be added to this list at a later time. The pass does not cover the ticket fee for any event other than ''The Experience" events.
  • Pass purchase is non-refundable and ownership is non-transferable.
  • Available only to current MBAKS members. Your membership must remain current to use pass benefits.
  • Only a very limited number of passes will be issued and sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
